MANUFACTURING CUSTOM AND STANDARD BOLTS

We produce quality hot headed and now-called cold forging bolts for any industry for any application. Bolts can be used for many different applications that include fastening wood, steel, and other construction materials for projects such as docks, bridges, highway structures, buildings, military equipment, mining equipment and structures, roller coasters, playgrounds and much more.

We specialize in manufacturing custom bolts, especially in regard to length. Most other bolt manufactures cannot produce custom products. However, we can produce a bolt of any length, head, or thread. We are also willing to provide bolts of any material and surface treatment.

Bolts are used as a fastener made from raw materials which we cut to length, heat the ends of the blank through an induction process, then forge the head. After the head has been formed the bolt is pointed (chamfered) and trimmed to clean excess material from the forging process. Next, if required, the bolt is drilled in the location specified on the blueprint and threaded. If required by our customer, the bolts are sent to heat treat and or plating. Bolts can be in the shape of a square, oval, hexagon, any configuration you may require.
