MANUFACTURING CUSTOM AND STANDARD RIVETS

A rivet is a widely used fastener that serves as a permanent way to join two applications together. There are two parts to a rivet, the head, and the tail. In any application the head goes through the hole on your application and the tail is inserted into that head in a process called peening, allowing the two parts of the rivet to conjoin, thereby securing the application. As with all our other products, we offer customizable rivets.

Rivets have a similar manufacturing process as bolts. First, they are cut to length, next we heat the ends of the blank through an induction process, then forge the head. After the head has been formed the Rivet is drilled in the location specified on the blueprint.
